Every GNAIL set is handmade to order in your exact nail sizes. If you're new to custom press on nails, here is the process from start to finish:
SIZING
1. Order a Sizing Kit
A SIZING KIT is required before purchasing your first custom GNAIL set. Accurate sizing helps ensure a comfortable fit and longer wear.
Sizing kits come in Short Round by default. Your sizing numbers can then be used across other available nail shapes.
If you want to try a specific shape before ordering a set, leave a note at checkout and I can make your sizing kit in any available shape.
Once your kit arrives, match each tip to your natural nails and record the size for every finger. Keep your kit for future reference or pass it along to a friend to find their sizes.
2. Explore Nail Shapes
Browse the NAIL SHAPE GALLERY to compare the lengths and shapes available for press-on nails.
Signature Sets are shown in their original shape, but you can request a different shape in your order notes. If the new shape is significantly different from the original, the design may need slight adjustments.
3. Choose Your Nail Set
Browse SIGNATURE SETS for a pre-designed nail set, STUDIO COLORS for a solid color set, or submit a CUSTOM NAIL ART request for your own design.
4. Enter Your Nail Sizes
Before adding a set to your cart, enter your left and right hand nail sizes exactly as recorded from your sizing kit. Double check both hands before ordering!
ORDERING
Processing + Shipping
Every set is handmade to order. Most orders ship within approximately 1-3 weeks, although processing times may be longer during busy periods.
Sizing kits ship for free and as quickly as possible so you can begin sizing right away.
Standard shipping will take 2-5 business days, express shipping is 1-3 business days. Contact me for overnight or rush shipping options.
Returns
Because every nail set is custom made, all press on nail sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not available unless your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Replacement Nails
Lose a nail? It happens. REPLACEMENT NAILS can be ordered individually if you need to replace a missing or damaged nail instead of purchasing an entirely new set.
Custom Nail Art
CUSTOM NAIL ART pricing is based on design complexity. See the Custom Nail Art page for art levels, pricing, and how to submit a request.
NAIL PREP
Application kits come with every set and include: buffer block, mini nail file, cuticle stick, alcohol wipe, sticky tabs, and nail glue.
1. TRIM + FILE
Remove any polish and trim your natural nails short so they don't interfere with the fit of the press on nail. File the free edge smooth.

2. CUTICLE PREP
Using the wooden stick or a cuticle tool, gently push back your cuticles and remove dead skin from the surface of the nail plate.
For more thorough prep, cuticle remover and a metal pusher can help remove buildup from the nail plate.
Keep nails dry before application. If you use cuticle remover or wash your hands during prep, dry them completely before moving on.

3. BUFF + DEHYDRATE
Lightly buff each nail to remove shine. Wash your hands to remove any dust and oils, dry your hands completely, then wipe every nail thoroughly with the alcohol prep pad.
Avoid touching the nail surface afterward, since oil from your fingers can affect adhesion.

APPLY NAILS
ADHESIVE TABS: 1-3 days
Best for short-term wear, events, photoshoots, or reusing your nails often.
Avoid excessive water exposure for the strongest hold.
NAIL GLUE: 1-3 weeks
Best for longer wear. Actual wear time depends on nail prep, application, and everyday use. Avoid picking at the nails, especially after prolonged water exposure.
Work one nail at a time, starting with your pinkies and saving your thumbs for last. The more you do this, the easier it will be to get the hang of it.
NAIL GLUE APPLICATION
Apply a thin layer of glue to your natural nail and a small amount inside the press on. Wait 5–10 seconds for the glue to become tacky.
Starting at the cuticle, place the nail at a slight downward angle and slowly press toward the tip to push out trapped air. Hold firmly for 15–30 seconds.

STICKY TAB APPLICATION
Choose a tab that fits your natural nail without touching the skin. Apply firmly to the nail, peel away the backing, then press the nail into place and hold.

AFTER APPLICATION
For the strongest hold, apply nails before bed to allow glue to harden without any water or oil exposure.
Avoid submerging your hands in water for at least 1 hour, skip cuticle oil immediately after application, and use rubber gloves when washing dishes or cleaning.
Don't pick at your nails or use them as tools!
REMOVAL
Never force a nail off. If it hurts, it is not ready to come off!
REMOVING STICKY TABS
Soak your hands in warm, soapy water until the tabs begin to loosen. Gently lift each nail from the sides and peel away any remaining adhesive.
REMOVING NAIL GLUE
Fill a bowl with warm water, dish soap, and a few drops of skin safe oil such as cuticle, olive, coconut, or baby oil.
Soak for 5–10 minutes, then gently work around the edges to allow water and oil underneath. Continue soaking until the glue releases naturally.
Depending on the amount of glue used, this may take another 10–20 minutes. Be patient and only remove nails when they come off easily.
Press on removal serum can also help speed up the process while protecting both your natural nail and the press on nail.

REUSE NAILS
Wipe the nails with alcohol and gently remove any leftover glue residue from the back using a buffer block, e-file, or press on removal serum.
Store your nails back in their case for next time.
With proper care, your GNAIL sets are made to be worn again and again!
