ABOUT GNAIL

Hey :) I'm Sarah and welcome to GNAIL!

I am a licensed nail technician in New York City and my private nail studio space is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. 

Nails began as a hobby in 2022 and has grown into an obsession and now a full-time art career. I was a landscape architect in a former life and diverted my traditional career path to pursue the wonderful expressive world of nail art. 

I started as a custom press on nail business back home in Virginia in 2023, moved to NYC summer 2024, sold my work at art markets while working in restaurants, decided to quit and go to nail school summer 2025, and I have been a nail artist ever since. I began working with athletes, models, and fashion clients since late 2025 and I love to collaborate with other creators. 

I value creativity, safety, and connection and I try to make my clients feel seen in our nail appointments. I will take fantastic care of your hands and hopefully give you the nail art experience of your dreams.
