POLICIES

BOOKING

  • A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and the remaining balance will be due at the end of your service.
  • Book the service that matches your NAIL ART LEVEL so enough time is reserved.
  • Try to book your next appointment as soon as you are serviced, anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks between sets.

PAYMENT

  • Zelle and cash are preferred.
  • Venmo, Apple Pay, and card tap are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
  • NYC sales tax is already included in service pricing.
  • Tip is always appreciated but never expected.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours.
  • Last minute cancellations or no shows may require payment in full at time of booking for future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Please DM or text me if you are running late for any reason. 
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit may be applied as a late fee. 
  • Appointments may need to be shortened, simplified, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the remaining time.

NAIL HEALTH

  • If you're feeling sick, please stay home! 
  • Let me know if you have allergies, injuries, damaged nails, or signs of infection.
  • Rescheduling due to illness is always okay, but repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.

PRODUCT REMOVAL

  • I use an e-file for most product removals and fills, though acetone soak-offs are sometimes necessary.
  • Removal of previous GNAIL work is included with your appointment.
  • Removal of product from another salon is an additional $20.

NAIL REPAIRS

  • If a nail lifts or breaks shortly after your appointment, send me a photo as soon as possible.
  • Application related repairs within 7 days are complimentary.
  • Damage from accidents or normal wear can be repaired by scheduling a repair appointment.

INSPIRATION PHOTOS

  • Bring inspiration photos to your appointment or ideally send ahead of time. 
  • I will work with colors, textures, artwork, fashion, and anything that inspires you.
  • I'm always happy to freestyle, but it helps to know your general likes, dislikes, color preferences, and overall vibe.
  • Designs are recreated in my own style rather than copied exactly.

GUESTS

  • Clients must be 18 or older.
  • Please come to your appointment alone unless we've discussed it beforehand.
  • The studio is a small workspace, so guests and pets cannot be accommodated during appointments. Anyone accompanying you is welcome to wait in the building lobby.

PHOTOS

  • I love photographing finished nail sets for my portfolio and social media. If you'd prefer not to have your nails photographed, just let me know before your appointment.
