CUSTOM ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Customs, sweet customs! This is the space to get creative and collaborate - let’s put our heads together and make something new. I will do my absolute best to bring your creative nail vision to life.

STEP 1: Read these instructions and skim the How it Works page and Store Policies. Before placing a custom order, you must order a sizing kit for the nail shape(s) you want.

STEP 2: Submit a free Custom Design Form. Provide as many written details and inspiration images as necessary. If you want to loosen the reigns and commission a more freestyle set, let me know in the description. You will not be charged for this form, but you will need to check out for me to receive it.

STEP 3: Let’s chat! I will reach out to the contact info you provide on the design form, which is your choice of email or instagram DM. I'll ask a few questions to make sure we are on the same page. The more detail you provide, the better. If I do not have the materials necessary for your design, I will let you know how we can modify it to bring your vision to life. 

STEP 4: Place a Custom Purchase order. I will let you know what “Design Level” your order will be based on what we discuss. I always keep budgets in mind, so let me know what price tier you want and we will adjust your design accordingly. 

Enter your desired shape, nail sizes, design level, and other info. If you select the incorrect design level we discussed, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Place your order again at the correct design level, and I will start working on your custom order!

Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders to be created and sent out.
