RETURNS:

All press-on nail sets are final sale. We do not offer returns due to the custom nature of our products. It is crucial to order sizing kits to record accurate nail sizes for each nail shape before placing an order. 

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you suspect your order is incorrect or it arrives damaged in transit, please email hello@gnail.store within one week of receiving your order. Please include photos and order number in your email. We will try our best to remedy the situation with a free replacement or a refund!
